Aloha ‘oe i ko Hawai’i! - Welcome to Hawai’i!

Our Hawai’i FitCation retreat is designed to share the expansiveness of the Aloha Spirit. We aim to nourish and heal, to provide space to connect and to feel supported. 

FitCations are designed by intention to provide experiences for all fitness levels. 

Beginners will be offered modifications during the classes and enticing alternate activities for the more strenuous day trips.

Advanced fitness levels will be provided with opportunities to increase the intensity during classes as well as optional workouts for high intensity training.

Wherever you are on the fitness spectrum, there is something for you!

Our theme is Pilina - Connection; we will explore many ways to connect to ourselves, each other, and to the magic of the Big Island of Hawai’i.

Is this Yoga FitCation Retreat the Right Fitness Level for Me?

This is not your normal vacation. Liz Gillem Duncanson of Body Temple Online and Lisa Vonnegut of Body Synergy FitCation have teamed up to bring you a curated, fun, restoring, nourishing, relaxing retreat.

Our Kona vacation is customized for our participants to restore, nourish, and connect. This retreat is designed to be a haven and accessible for most fitness levels. Your hosts Liz and Lisa are rehabilitation professionals with decades of experience leading and modifying movement therapy for clients from the hospital bed to the professional athlete. 

We will adapt our daily fitness and yoga classes to the abilities of all participants. No yoga experience is necessary.

Our kayaking, snorkeling, and hiking excursions are guided by local professionals. We have an experienced, curated team to assist you during our tropical paradise retreat.
